Overlooking the harbour entrance this project aims to strengthen the identity of the Swedish West Coast area. The site in the Långedrag marina has overlooked Vikings and East Indiamen heading out and coming home but today it lacks a strong landmark.
Our proposal is a glass jewellery box with an elegant flight of stairs leading up to it. The steps make spectator seats for those watching yacht races or simply – the ocean.
Inside the building there is a Think-Tank - a creative meeting place in an inspiring environment and conference facilities.
